Women Empowerment (PROJECT)

The term "women empowerment" is constructed from of the phrases "women" and "power." Giving someone authority or power is known as empowerment. As a result, women's empowerment entails women wielding authority. It means that, regardless of any discrimination, women should be offered equal opportunities in all fields.

Men and women coexist in our culture. Men were once thought to be the family's primary decision-makers. They were the family's decision-makers and were responsible for earning a living. Women, on the other hand, were in charge of home chores as well as child rearing. As a result, the roles were primarily determined by gender. Women were not involved in the decision-making process. Women were not involved in decision-making. Women, on the other hand, must be offered equal opportunity in all fields this time.

However, we must recognize that, despite efforts to empower women, the majority of them continue to be oppressed by patriarchy. In countries like India, domestic violence is highly widespread. Because it is terrified of a strong and independent woman, society has always tried to limit a woman's freedom. We must acknowledge our society's embedded misogyny and fight to change it.
