 Regardless of our current situation, we students must continue our studies. The day passed by; first, we finished our first quarter, and now we're in the final chapter of our second quarter.      I can admit that this is one of the most fascinating topics that I have had in my second quarter. In the subject of html, I learned a lot. There are the html tags, such as title tag, body tag, and head tag. One of the most interesting things I had this quarter was working on HTML. All the lessons we learned this quarter helped me a lot to make my HTML files easier.  Failures and problems are essential for learning. In my second quarter, I have had a lot of setbacks, Despite this, I maintained my calm and tried my best to conquer the challenges.     After that, I'll continue to learn new lessons every quarter. And I'm glad because, considering our current situation, we still have the chance to learn more about HTML in our ICT class.

             Day is a special day for everyone because it is the day of love, and we commemorate it on February 14 every year.         With millions of Valentine's Day cards being exchanged each year, Valentine's Day is most widely associated with romantic love. Flowers or a single red rose are sent to loved ones with romantic letters, and couples spend special time together. It is also observed in most countries, with various cultures developing their own customs for the occasion. Valentine's Day is celebrated in some parts of the world as a day for sharing love between family members and friends rather than romantic couples. Some traditions include leaving lollipops and presents for children, while others include acts of friendship.        This year's Valentine's Day is sad because it falls during the Covid-19 pandemic, but we, as a family, celebrated it with joy and gratitude, enjoying and feeling each other's love.         Kannawidan has been one of the most anticipated annual festivals in the province, enhancing Ilocano culture. One way to comprehend network is to consider it as a social structure in which humans establish a sense of similarity based entirely on their culture; therefore, the place to start with network is the culture (Cohen, 1985).       Kannawidan Festival is a festival that takes place from the last week of January to the first week of February. On the day of the outlet, a mass is usually held at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral. It is commemorated by a procession through the city of the Patron Saints of the forty parishes, as well as images of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary. It is the Ilocanos' way of surrendering to the Almighty. Another attraction that draws crowds is the set at Vigan Plaza Hotel, in which residents of Ilocos Sur dress up in retro attire and celebrate their birthdays to the tune of vintage songs, drowning in memories of vintage Ilocos. Niño, cheering of the crowd, colorful costumes and a lot more were missed for this year. The city fiesta just passed like a ghost in town wherein some of us did felt it but most didn't. We, the Bigueños, weren't able to celebrate the town fiesta like what we used to have before.  It's been more than a year since the pandemic started to trouble this world. COVID 19 messed up all that we expected, we need and we want to do. This virus caused so much of pain and changes in our lives. We seldom have the chance to go out or have fun just like the Vigan City Fiesta Celebration. We all knew that it is a grand event that we are always preparing for. The Longganisa Festival, church activities, competitions, concerts And some other gatherings were all cancelled just because we're undergoing the process of community quarantine. We understand that

             2020 is not a bad year, but it is the toughest year for us; no one could have known what will happen this year. Covid-19 has arrived, and it has drastically altered our way of life in the year 2020.Because of the virus, we've had a lot of setbacks and difficulties.       Despite several struggles and difficulties in the year 2021, we are also still standing strong and battling.As we approach 2021, the failures and difficulties we face will serve as a lesson for us. We can't grasp what it's going to bring next year if there is anything 2020 has taught us. 2020 really taught me a lot of lessons and gave me a lot of realizations.  I was stronger than I had been before becauseof the breakdowns and challenges I had experienced last year. And I can certainly tell that I can't solve all those challenges without my family, my friends, my spiritual family, and particularly him. We should all be grateful that he gave us the opportunity to see and live a new year.For
