Empowering Filipinos for resiliency

Among us Filipinos, resiliency is always a battle.  In every disaster, we face difficulties on how to bring back hope and smiles to our lives. But how can we resolve this problem if we aren't responsible enough to face it?

This is the problem to us most of the time. We act as if we're ready enough to face the consequences of our every move. Like on disasters, we lack on resiliency because we never let ourselves move for wellness. We neglect having self awareness, mindfulness, self care, positive relationships to the others and the community  and a purpose for living. Where these five are the essential tools to strengthen the Philippines towards a more resilient nation. We all need to help lift ourselves and the others ,be motivated and  unite together. Let us support one another as we climb to the other side of a mess. We have to employ our filipino value "Bayanihan" and be able to show love and care to the community and the entire country.

"No man is an island" is indeed a great quote for us to remember as we go on with our daily lives. You need everyone as they need you too. As a citizen of this country, let us be the reason for everybody to grow more and create a nation of high quality living and resiliency.
